Join your fellow TriWI's teammates for a preview of the Ironman Wisconsin 70.3 course.

Due to a conflict with Olin Park on 5/19, we're starting from Winnequah Park to head out for the course. This covers the entire course so you'll know every corner and every hill that will await you in June. Distance will be 56 miles.

Even if you're not planning to do the race, this is a great supported group training ride (specially for those doing Ironman Wisconsin in September).

Considering volunteering!  We are in need of assistance with the aid station and leaders for our bike groups of varying paces. Sign up here.

We'll start in Winnequah Park, Be there by 7:30 so we can start promptly at 8:00am.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE PARKING SIGNS TO ENSURE YOU DON'T PARK ILLEGALLY!

We'll have 3 groups based on ability. Course maps and cue sheets will be available. Please check your tires and other equipment to make sure everything's in good shape.

We will have one stop along the loop to refill water bottles with water & gatorade and to refuel with some snacks. This is a great time to practice your nutrition plan for the race!

Be prepared to fix your flats (just like the race).

After the ride, there's a nice trail in the park for an optional short run so don't forget your running shoes.

How to get to Winnequah Park:

Take I-94 West to US 51 South to Pflaum Rd West.

continue forward on Nichols Rd

meet in Dream Park

*Feel free to leave carpool plans in the comments or on Facebook - there are lots of park & ride lots in MKE where you could meet**

here is the link to the modified map we will be riding

**If you have a bike computer that can upload .GPX files we created the route
